Up to 100,000 points needs both $3,000 in 90 days and $500 at Hotels by Wyndham in 180 days, so plan a stay. For $149 a year, the 15,000 anniversary points plus the $65 wholesale and $50 software credits can cover the fee for a business that uses them. Free nights also cost 20% fewer points with this card.
