How to get it
- Get the offer code from the Wells Fargo Premier offer page.
- Visit a Wells Fargo branch to open a new Premier Checking account or upgrade to one, using the code, by Jan 13, 2027.
- By day 45, bring $250,000 or more in new money into qualifying linked deposit or investment accounts. Qualifying Wells Fargo Advisors assets can count.
- Keep at least $250,000 in those accounts through day 90 after opening or upgrade.
Fine print
- You must be the primary owner and not have received a Premier bonus in the past 12 months. The account must stay open and unrestricted until the bonus is paid.
- It can't be combined with another consumer deposit offer. Upgrading may cancel another checking bonus you're still working on.
- Wells Fargo says it pays within 30 days after you meet the requirements.
- Premier Checking has a $35 monthly service fee. It's waived with $250,000 or more in statement-ending qualifying linked balances.
- Wells Fargo excludes some groups, including its employees and non-resident aliens.
