How to get it
- Before you transfer, check that British Airways has a seat you can book with Avios on the flight you want. Capital One can't move miles back once a transfer is done.
- Sign in to your Capital One account or app and open the rewards section.
- Choose British Airways Club and transfer at least 1,000 miles by Oct 31. The name on both accounts must match. The sources give no end time, so don't wait for the last day.

Fine print
- Capital One's public transfer page lists British Airways Club as a 1:1 partner but doesn't mention the bonus, so the dates come from Doctor of Credit and Frequent Miler (both Oct 1 to Oct 31, 2026). Neither mentions a cap or a sign-up step.
- Miles are not cash; their value depends on how you redeem them.
